• Completed vocational training as construction equipment manager:in, underground and/or track builder:in, Schlosser:in, mechatronic:in or a comparable field
• Joy in handling construction machines of different types and sizes
• Qualification for guiding two-way excavators (drive driver's license) or interest in a corresponding further development
• High operational readiness, resilience and sense of responsibility
• Reliable and economic functioning as well as the ability to integrate quickly into existing teams
