You have the responsibility for the efficient and safe technical operation in the TÜV RL locations/building assigned to you and serve the building users as responsible contact persons. You are integrated into the annual budget planning for technical investment and maintenance measures and create/maintain related action plans. You are responsible for the collection, documentation and monitoring of the operation of existing technical facilities and related service contracts in your area of responsibility. You control all technical and infrastructural services to the objects including associated service providers. You control compliance with the internal and legal requirements regarding the technical building operation for your objects and perform internal employees professionally in this respect.

Technicians, masters, engineers in the field of supply technology, electrical engineering (electrotech technicians), heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary technology (SHK, HKLS), specialist in facility management - or comparable conclusion. At least 5 years of experience in technical building management Good knowledge of MS Office products and, if possible, knowledge of SAP and experience with CAFM systems Imprinted earnings orientation, enforcement capacity and structured working Continuous interest in further development and additional qualifications Very good German knowledge of word and writing, Class B licence is required
