Be part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for: Conception and implementation of ITIL training and training for internal teams to promote best practices and ensure compliance with ITIL standards Development and continuous improvement of training materials and methods Creation of reports on the effectiveness and performance of ITIL practices and analysis of potential improvements Support in introducing new ITIL processes and ensuring that all employees are up-to-date Close cooperation with other IT teams to translate ITIL report results into improvements

Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or completed training in the commercial sector First professional experience in IT Service Management, ideally focusing on ITIL Safe handling of ITSM tools and experience in creating reports Embossed communication and presentation skills Ability to easily and understand complex content Experience in training or training is desirable Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting, safe handling with Excel and first experience with visualization tools are desired ITIL certification is advantageous Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Nobody is perfect!
