You are responsible for the cross-site technical, economic and disciplinary responsibility for our training centers at the locations Cologne, Bonn, Dortmund, Aachen, Nuremberg and Krefeld. You lead, motivate and develop your team from different professional groups (e.g. training center managers, customer supporters or employees of the education coordination). You bear the economic responsibility for your locations and are responsible for the optimal resource management. In addition, you are responsible for a comprehensive network work with institutions, associations and companies from politics and business in your region. In close cooperation with the sales you ensure continuous customer acquisition, support and development.

Successfully completed studies (e.g. BWL, Economics or Educational Sciences, Social Education) and multi-year leadership experience, preferably in the service sector Evidence of experience with labour market services and educational institutions and knowledge of labour market policy structures. Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking as well as a hand-on mentality High customer orientation and service readiness and joy to travel within the region (Guide of Class B)
