Cooperation in internal projects, e.g. for the further development of individual cross-departmental processes or analysis and optimization of cost structures Further modeling and completion of the business process model with the respective departments Support in development and continuous maintenance of the holistic process order and documentation Implementation of workshops for the reception, documentation and modelling of actual and target processes of various fields Support in the creation of IT request documentation (e.g. IT specialist concepts, request lists, Product Backlogs) as the basis for the subsequent solution mapping Support for the areas of expertise in the creation of change requests and participation in the evaluation of these in the CR Board

Successfully completed studies in the field of real estate, economic or engineering with real estate or comparable qualification At least two years of professional experience, in particular in the fields of process or IT requirements management, preferably in telecommunications, real estate or asset management Safe handling of MS-Office applications, including MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint as well as SAP application knowledge Embossed service and customer-oriented, largely independent High level of flexibility, integrity, commitment and team capability Safe professional appearance, as well as very good understanding, joy in constantly changing operational and strategic topics Flowing German (C1-C2) and very good English (B2-C1) in word and writing
