Finance Operations Manager:in (m/f/d)

Invoicing & liquidity management: You are responsible for the complete accounting of Team favorite pediatrician and all subsidiaries and keeps the liquidity in mind. Accounting: You are constantly developing the documents of all companies in DATEV companies online and developing the processes for efficient processing. Credit cards, travel costs & expenses: You control and process credit card bills and travel costs through our digital tools and control the freight management of all employees. Internal performance calculation: You are responsible for the performance calculation between our companies and are responsible for clean and comprehensible processes. Interface to the Praxes: For our partner practices, you are the central contact person in case of questions about the invoice and its composition. External correspondence: You take the correspondence with external stakeholders, in particular tax offices, health insurance companies and insurance companies.

Education & experience: A completed commercial training or an economic studies course is the basis, with some 2–4 years of professional experience in accounting, accounting or finance. Expertise: You are sure to use accounting and accounting tools; Experience with DATEV, Lexware or Pleo is a clear plus. Structured mode of operation: You work carefully and independently and keep an overview of several companies at any time.
