(BIM) Business Architect (m/w/d)

As a (BIM) Business Architect (m/w/d) in the STRABAG Innovation & Digitalization (SID), you design business processes, organization structures and IT landscapes and thus significantly supports the achievement of strategic corporate goals. In addition, you act as an interface between specialist departments, IT and management, thus ensuring that digital transformation processes and innovations are implemented in the STRABAG Group in a sustainable manner. Your future tasks and responsibilities include: Analysis and definition of business processes for the introduction and optimization of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the Group Ensuring the compatibility of BIM processes with existing digital and data strategies incl. Definition of required interfaces Ensure a Group-wide uniform service level in the BIM introduction Support in the selection and implementation of BIM platforms and tools Accompanying IT development projects to improve BIM data processing and use Management advice on BIM developments, opportunities and risks Participation in conferences, committees and working groups for the further development of BIM in the Group and in the Industry Planning, coordination, co-direction and documentation of (BIM) network appointments Continuous controlling and reporting of network goals and achievement in the operational introduction of model-based working methods across the Group Planning and implementation of internal and external communication measures and act as a proactive communication interface between operational BIM managers, management and SID

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics (with focus on building IT, data management or process digitization) Multiannual experience in BIM management as well as sound knowledge in BIM technologies, methods and standards (IFC, ISO 19650) Project management certification (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Lean Construction) Experience with IT architectures, interface technologies (e.g. API management, data modeling) and cloud platforms Knowledge and experience in process management and process modeling (e.g. BPMN, UML) Experience in the technological coordination of complex digitalization projects Embossed communication and moderation capabilities, among other things, for networking and coordination between stakeholders Strategic thinking and the passion of putting this into practice Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing We must require high readiness for travel
