Commercial Contract Manager (m/w/d)

As a Commercial Contract Manager (m/w/d) with the focus on project controlling and commercial management, you are responsible for cost estimates (Cost to Complete) to ensure the proper IFRS and HGB balance. In addition, you perform deviation analyses, including support for project management, control measures, and work with chance and risk management. They are responsible for the production cost access, IFRS sales and project margin planning of contracts and acquisition projects. You also take over the commercial processing of (inter-)national tenders and bid requests as well as the commercial processing of ongoing projects. They are independently responsible for the commercial part of the offer creation, including offer skalkulation, as well as contract drafts, and cooperate in contract negotiations with our customers. They take over the commercial processing of customer orders and projects.

They bring with them: Successfully completed studies (Bachelor, Business Administration (IHK)). Very good knowledge of foreign languages and good intercultural competence. First national/international negotiation experiences. Very good communication skills, independent working, analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking. A basic legal understanding. Safe handling with various kfm. IT applications (Office to SAP). Knowledge of the regulations of German pricing law and legal regulations for the processing of topics with German customers. readiness to (inter-)national missions.
