In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a Head of IT Systems for the Energy Transition (m/w/d)* for our Quickborn location near Hamburg or Rendsburg. The job can be carried out in fulltime, part-time or as part of a job sharing.

Leadership with effect: You take over the professional and personal development of an 11-member team. Not only do you motivate, but your team will be able to deliver top performances - with clarity, trust and passion. Take responsibility: You conduct the central process management of the HanseWerk Group as well as process data and IT project management. Your goal: standardization, digitization and automation - with a clear focus on continuous improvement and cultural development. Interface & Sparringspartner: In close cooperation with colleagues from areas such as network services, network technology and network industry, you will ensure the optimal alignment of our organization along central core processes - e.g. network construction, maintenance or network connection. You place particular value on data quality and process analysis. Create impulses - shape change: Together with your team, you are actively driving group-wide and local projects, from the introduction of new IT systems to data-driven analysis platforms. You ensure that standards in process management are further developed and used in a company-wide sense. Building bridges: You connect with specialist areas within HanseWerk and with the sister companies in the E.ON Group, support the introduction of new applications and establish a common understanding of the process. Perspective beyond the edge of the plate: You are introducing yourself into group-wide initiatives and conduct projects together with other E.ON subsidiaries - with the aim of using synergies and learning from each other. You have a completed technical or scientific study (e.g. (economic) informatics, (economic) engineering). You have several years of professional and ideally leadership experience - ideally in the energy industry or related industries. You bring a modern understanding of leadership and understand how to inspire a team and lead to joint success. You have a passion for process and project management methods - and you want to constantly develop them. You are familiar with classic and agile project methods (e.g. Scrum, BizDevOps) and use them in a situation-oriented manner. You think strategically, trade entrepreneurially and always with a high level of customer orientation. Your communication strength, your persuasive appearance and your ability to easily explain complex topics are yours. You are keen to actively promote change and bring creative ideas to further development. You like to work across the team and, of course, connect with others. You can communicate safely in German and English. And very important: climate neutrality is more than one goal for you - it is a drive. Remuneration: You receive an attractive remuneration with a variable share (antieme) and an occupational pension scheme.
