You run the property building management including the necessary instructions and decision-making powers and develop this strategically responsible together with the department management. As a field manager, you are an interface between the strategic leadership (AL) and the operational implementation. You recognize the potential of the employees and develop them further. You conduct personal interviews independently. As an architect:in or civil engineer: you have extensive experience in the areas of project management and project management and manage the implementation of the RUB's interests in refurbishment and new construction (according to the performance phases 1-9 of HOAI). You judge planning services professionally and with a view to implementing the interests of the RUB. You define and communicate the respective role in the different project types (user representatives, builders, interest representatives, etc.). You control and coordinate internal employees and external project participants with the focus on the respective project goals (cost/term/quality). You moderate workshops and appointments. Voting with the BLB NRW, the MKW and other external bodies belongs to your daily business. You ensure the transfer of knowledge within the field of expertise. You have successfully completed a (special) university degree in architecture or civil engineering. You have a multi-year, relevant professional experience in project management and project management. You have first leadership experiences and are familiar with topics of human resources management. You bring well-founded knowledge in the procurement law (VOB, VgV, HOAI) and convince with a strong technical expertise. The safe handling of standard software such as MS Office is obvious to you; you also have very good knowledge in the field of CAD. You work proactively, structured and independent, like to take responsibility and are characterised by reliability and team capacity. You can quickly work into new topics and develop self-contained solutions. Communication strength, conflictability and negotiation skills are your strengths. You have very good knowledge of German, also in dealing with technical facts and terms (at least on C1 level).
