You advise on the implementation and further development of SAP modules in customer service and in particular field service management as well as in the S/4-HANA service. You will see yourself as a member of a strong developer team, bringing expert and technical conceptual and development activities forward. You check the feasibility of customer requests with regard to the standard and ensure smooth operation in the above-mentioned environment. You can negotiate relevant activities in the area of required software upgrades and updates as well as second and third level support routined.

You have a degree in computer science, economics or a comparable qualification. You have relevant industry experience and appropriate process knowledge and develop a reliable response for our specialist areas. You have experience in SAP module assignment or consulting in the field of customer service and in particular field service management, including industry-specific customization. Ideally, you bring experience in future-oriented topics in this environment. You have a self-sponsored, solution-oriented working style and the willingness to incorporate you into new systems. You have a high level of service and customer orientation as well as a structured way of working. You have moderation skills, advantageously also good knowledge of German and English.
