Technical and disciplinary leadership of the engineering team (construction, process development, project management) Responsibility for technical project processing in fine casting – from the request to the standard maturity Development of castings with regard to function, feasibility and cost optimization Control of development projects including Prototyping and validation Close cooperation with sales, production, quality assurance and customers Introduction of new technologies, materials and digital engineering tools (e.g. simulation, CAD/CAM, rapid prototyping) Responsibility for budget planning, resource use and investment in engineering Technical support for audits and customer presentations Promoting innovation and continuous improvement in the fine casting process

Complete technical studies (material technology, foundry technology, etc.) Multiannual professional experience in fine casting / precision casting, ideally in a leadership position knowledge of casting engineering design, construction, FEM/ casting simulation, Application of DoE with, for example, solidification behavior, surface quality or mechanical properties in order to improve it in a targeted manner Experience in project management (e.g. APQP, PPAP, VDA) Knowledge of material selection (iron-nickel alloys, aluminum etc.) Safe handling of standards and requirements from aviation, Wehrtechnik of advantage Leadership with strategic vision and implementation strength Embossed communication and team skills Customer-oriented thinking and technical understanding for complex requirements Analytical, solution-oriented thinking and innovation joy Loadability and structured operation in a dynamic environment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
