As a working student (m/w/d) you support the back office of our Deloitte Active Sourcing Team. Search: You identify suitable candidate:inside via LinkedIn/XING and build talent pools. Selection: In your tasks, you check profiles according to defined criteria and coordinate the address of potential candidates. Organization: You document contacts and activities, advise candidate:internal profiles and support the appointment agreement. Reporting: You'll start reporting and presentations to support the recruiting process. Market analysis: You analyze current recruiting trends and competitors and help create social media content.

Studies in economics or humanities and a comparable degree course (at least 1 year before graduation) Structured working style, result-oriented and independent working Reliability, liability and professionalism Embossed knowledge of MS Office products Word, Excel and Power Point German and English very well in word and writing
