We grow steadily, so we are looking for an at the next time Product specialistin LC-MS in the field service for the regions of Bavaria & Baden-Württemberg in the home office with seat around Würzburg or Nuremberg Our product specialists combine their comprehensive application knowledge with their sound knowledge of our product lines. This allows them to develop tailor-made solutions for our customers. You accompany our projects from the first talks to far beyond the installation.

You support our sales in customer requests through your deeper professional advice on the spot with our customers. After successful consulting, you will help the sales team in the customer-specific configuration and the development of customer solutions. The execution of device demonstrations in the Shimadzu laboratory world as well as our customers complete your use in the sales preparation. After successful installation by our service technicians, you are responsible for instructing customers into the operation of the systems and in the associated software and complete all aftersales support independently. In addition, you are responsible for developing market or customer-specific applications for the development of existing and new accounts. To be sure to plan, document your activities in our CRM system and share your assessment of projects in our forecast meetings.

You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in the LC-MS environment. A successfully completed study of science or training as an engineer*in (FH) or Technicians with practical focus in instrumental analysis (LC-MS, Q-TOF, MALDI) will also bring you with you. Their existing experience in problem analysis and their own development of solutions is complemented by their sound knowledge in chromatography and mass spectrometry. You have gained experience in performing training and creating applications and have demonstrated your ability to explain difficult processes. You feel comfortable both in work in the team and in self-employed work. Funded MS-Office knowledge is just as natural for you as professional communication in German and English.
