Team Assistant - ERP / Communication / Organization (m/w/d)

We are a medium-sized company, which was founded in 1996 and specializes in the distribution of trailer couplings, electric sets for cars and transporters. Through targeted advertising measures, exclusive customer support through our call center, our help line and the use of modern communication options (see also Telekom Success Story) we have achieved sales growth of 50-100% annually in the past.

For many years in the German-speaking countries, we have been increasingly focusing on foreign countries in recent years and successfully opening country shops in France, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland. For more than 4 years, the company has also started a new path in Germany with its own assembly concept, parallel to the current online shop and has already opened over 30 mounting support points, distributed throughout Germany. Customers can now install and release your purchased trailer coupling complete set. You support our assembly points and our regional leaders in the daily business You create orders and invoices and process quality reports You perform general administrative activities, including database maintenance in our ERP system
