Purchasing Competence: Own responsibility you conduct shopping negotiations for various areas and thus secure the best conditions for our company. Calls for proposals: You receive requests, check them carefully and create professional tender documents. Supplier management and selection of offers: You coordinate bidding lists, send tenders and provide timely feedback as well as a sound offer assessment. Price comparisons: You create detailed price comparisons and initiate professional equality of offers to make the best decisions. Contract management: You check the credit quality of our suppliers, create orders and contracts – always with respect to quality and reliability. SAP: You maintain supplier evaluation as well as supplier and contract files in SAP Market observation: You observe the procurement market and identify trends and potential savings.

Background: Complete business studies or commercial training. Experience: You bring experience in purchasing – in which area is not relevant. Communication & negotiation skills: You have excellent rhetoric skills, high emotional intelligence and can perform convincingly. Soft Skills: Empathy, Enforcement and Strategic Thinking are the perfect balance. Sovereign appearance: Self-confident, convincing and stylistically flexible – you are the opponent at eye level. Language skills: You have very good English skills in word and writing, other foreign languages are a plus.
