As a machine operator (m/w/d), each layer offers you the opportunity to keep the manufacturing processes running and guarantee the highest quality. Your duties include:

• Operation and monitoring of production machines to ensure a trouble-free production process.
• Execution of simple maintenance work as well as troubleshooting on the machines.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
• Improvement of manufacturing processes by continuous adaptation and control of machine parameters.
• Exact documentation of production data and production processes.

We are looking for

There is no need for comprehensive prior knowledge for this interesting entry position — only the desire to contribute with commitment and accuracy counts. The following criteria should be met:

• completed vocational training or equivalent qualification in the technical or craft sector (ideal, but not obligatory).
• Fast learning and motivation to work in new machines and workflows.
• Reliability, team spirit and a structured way of working.
• readiness for shiftwork and flexibility in the design of working hours.
• Basic knowledge in German to understand and execute work instructions correctly.
