Processing of administrative operations according to the training regulations Preparation and implementation of committee decisions Processing of requests and correspondence on different communication paths Pre- and post-processing sessions including logging

Completed training for:medical professionals with advancement in healthcare, training for:legal and notary workers or a comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience Knowledge of administration desirable Technical understanding and safe handling of modern IT solutions Flexibility, interest in team work and an independent, independent and careful working style Good communication and expressiveness Ready to use also in the evening hours to work on average one to two days a month
