What we plan together: Together, you will develop innovative concepts and strategies in our powerful team “Talent Acquisition” to efficiently and customer-orientedly design the REWE, PENNY HR processes and the central areas. We want to think through our products from the beginning to the end and lead to implementation from the first idea. We think around the corner, go new ways, try out, have fun, look at the little one in the big and do not lose sight of the goal.

What you do with us: You remain up to date: In operation and further development of our personal software with the focus on recruiting. Your support is in demand: testing and documentation of new processes and functions. You take responsibility: In the care of our customers: in dealing with the HR systems and processes. After your time with us, you know yourself in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. You'll learn how to master the challenges of a group through the application and administration of HR systems. You can also do this: when developing communication documents for our business units REWE, PENNY and the headquarters.
