You position our NONWOVENS business unit as a trusted advisor and solution provider that creates measurable added value for our customers – at all levels of decision and in the international environment. As a central contact person and coordinator for your key account, you are responsible for the targeted design, development and monetization of long-term customer relationships. You serve your customer base independently and holisticly – from the analysis of customer-specific challenges, the identification of value-producing solutions to application-oriented consulting, training, offering creation and order clarification. With your understanding of customer-side value flows, you initiate and manage customer-oriented projects that maximize the benefits of our solutions and create clear competitive advantages. You act as a driver_in for cross-functional cooperation to develop customized, economically convincing customer solutions together with engineering, operations and service. By consistently implementing a value-selling approach, you make an active contribution to profitable growth and always have a look at budget and KPI goals. You create sales and potential planning, conduct market and competitive analyses and drive the structured expansion of the sales and customer landscape in your area.
