HR Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

Taxation of pay billing: You provide the monthly billing for our employees nationwide, compile all relevant information and forward it to our service provider on time. Legally secure contracting: You are responsible for the administrative supervision of personnel, the creation of employment contracts and the reliable processing of the entire certification system. Interface management: You work closely with HR Business partners and are the first contact person for offices, social security institutions and authorities. Expert knowledge: You are responsible for occupational pensions and support in pay tax and social security checks. Special projects: If you are interested, you will accompany the processing of employee shares within our group environment.

Qualification: A completed commercial training (e.g. industrial merchant or tax specialist). Professional experience: Multiannual practice in pay accounting as well as sound knowledge in labour, tax and social security law. System know-how: Secure handling of SAP SuccessFactors and common MS Office applications. Communication: Very good expressiveness in German as well as good English knowledge for the exchange in the Group. Additional plus: Experience in billing of collective employees is a great advantage.
