At our location in Linden, we are looking for a full-time team management (m/w/d/x) to strengthen our administration team.

Team management of the Admin Team Administrative tasks in the fields of administration, audit reporting and customer service Maintenance of data into customer-specific databases – including upload/download of test reports Creating test reports/assessments in cooperation with customer service providers and according to standardised templates Order processing and invoicing in the goods management program Sage Wrap correspondence to the outside, e.g. with customers, suppliers etc.

Complete vocational training in the commercial sector or comparable qualification Experience with personnel management desirable Embossed team and communication skills Very good MS Office knowledge (especially Word and Excel) Interest in the areas of laboratory, food and pet food desirable Very good German knowledge of Word & Writing
