The Mainz-Bingen County Administration needs one/n to support the College in the Veterinary Office as soon as possible

Animal doctor (m/w/d)

within Division 41 ‘Veterinary and agricultural matters’ Department of Food Monitoring, Veterinary and Animal Protection.

With the main tasks:

· Completion of the Animal Protection and Animal Health Act and legislation in the City of Mainz and in the municipality of Mainz-Bingen

· Completion of food, consumer and cosmetic rights in the district Mainz-Bingen

Certainly you studied veterinary medicine to work later in your own practice. If you have remained open to new challenges, and you are important to the protection of animals, the control of animal diseases, as well as consumer protection in the transport of food, supplies and cosmetics, then we should get to know each other.

Take this with you:

· completed university studies of veterinary medicine and veterinary approval

· Career skills for the higher veterinary service (the official examination) is desirable, but

non-compulsory condition

· Experience in veterinary practice, in particular with a focus on pet animals

· Interest in the diverse facets of public veterinary

· independent and responsible working methods as well as commitment to development

pragmatic solution strategies with cooperative attitude and dedicated teamwork

· Class B driving licence and the provision of private cars as a service vehicle
