Complete vocational training in domestic or utility engineering, ideally supplemented by a technical training or a corresponding study First leadership experience in a comparable position Multiannual professional experience in customer service or technical service environment Structured, team-oriented and self-responsive operation as well as pronounced service and customer orientation
