Job description:

• They carry out maintenance work at all stages of supply and disposal facilities for hot and cold water, extinguishing water and waste water, sanitary facilities of all kinds, heating systems and air-conditioning systems.

• They are responsible for the maintenance of industrial equipment from the plants heating, air conditioning and ventilation and for the initiation of the procurement of the necessary spare parts.

• They are responsible for new installations at sanitary facilities and supply and disposal lines for hot, cold and waste water, as well as the necessary new productions and repairs on rain pipes, down pipes and roof coverings.

• They are responsible for the repair work after pipe breaks in the drinking and wastewater area and for the removal of constipation.

• They are waiting and set up dirty water lifts and submerged pumps.

• The performance of these tasks is associated with the performance of readiness.

• Participation in regular and ongoing training and training is expected.

Qualification requirements:

• You are a plant mechanic / plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology or you have a comparable vocational training.
• They have the certificates according to VDI 6022 "Operation and maintenance of air-conditioning systems, category B (RLT)" and according to VDI 6023 "Operation and maintenance of drinking water supply systems including hygiene B" or are ready to purchase them.
• They have experience in the hygiene requirements in the hot water sector, detected by at least one professional activity with a duration of not less than two years.
