Cutting machine operator / CNC router (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Finishing complex parts of aluminium, stainless steel (chrome nickel materials) and plastics on modern 3-axis CNC machining centres
• Create, customize and optimize CNC programs directly to Heidenhain controls (TNC 426 to TNC 640)
• Documentation of CNC programs, tool fittings and clamping situations as well as professional standing of machines
• Input of components on CNC milling machines after existing program documentation and production documents
• independent performance of the self-testing of the plant on all manufactured components and regular, planned implementation of maintenance and maintenance work on the machines

Your profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a machining mechanic (machine milling), CNC milling machine, precision mechanics or a comparable technical qualification
• Practice in the operation and programming of modern 3-axis machining centres with Heidenhain controls
• Secure know-how in the machining of various materials (aluminium, stainless steel, plastics), knowledge in quality assurance and in the handling of popular MS Office applications
• Precision, reliability, structured self-organization as well as the willingness to shiftwork
