As Consultant Steuerberatung (m/w/d), you will cover projects relating to the purchase or sale of companies with a focus on taxes. In mergers, divisions, joint venture foundations, you advise large corporations - also internationally. Variety of projects: From corporate purchase to stock exchange and privatization to joint venture resolution, you advise and attend our clients. TAX Projects: You carry out Vendor and Tax Due Diligence exams and first Fact Books. You are also active in projects of international tax planning. Teamwork: You participate in contract negotiations (e.g. review of tax clauses), accompany company-internal restructuring and its implementation. Consultation: You are moving the correspondence with our clients and consultants: inside clients as well as Tax Expert Sessions. Interdisciplinarity: With specialist, you trade in international business purchases and restructurings in other specialist areas and foreign offices.

Business or Legal Studies or Graduates as a Diplom-Financialist (FH) desirable Solid professional practice in the tax support of national and international companies with correspondingly very good communicative skills Solution-oriented in day-to-day business, pro- and interactive in thinking and acting and with expectation management the project success in view - internally and externally Interest in new developments in order to continuously question and improve existing approaches as needed Mandant-oriented thinking and acting, combined with team spirit and joy in direct communication - German and English very well in word and writing
