Your tasks: Participation in the design and optimization of business processes by identifying and raising efficiency and cost potentials within the framework of the continuous improvement process Participation in cross-disciplinary projects Proper maintenance and updating of the documentation of the organisation of construction and execution Designing the building organizational solutions with regard to job planning Consultation of staff in the event of operational questions Participation in the assessment of new legal requirements and, where appropriate, Ensure implementation in relation to the Bank’s operational competence system. Ensuring efficient and targeted information distribution in the home Implementation of regular checks and maintenance of the data control plan Maintenance of the IT permission concept, implementation and documentation of the recertification of user and system permissions according to internal and external requirements Support for special evaluation requirements Administration of the core banking procedure and other computer applications

Your profile: Banking; Additional qualification organization desirable Basic knowledge of the business and economy as well as banking and law Enthusiasm for innovation and organisational and processual changes Practical experience in handling banking applications and safe handling of MS-Office / M365 High service and service orientation Self-responsible and solution-oriented action in compliance with the organisational framework conditions Analytical thinkability and careful and detailed operation A high level of self-initiative, sense of responsibility, team capacity and resilience The willingness to continue developing and continuously acquire specific expertise
