To achieve our goals together, we are looking for you as an employee contract management New Energy (m/w/d) in part-time 20-30h for our team in Leipzig. Your duties

Management, maintenance and monitoring of contracts in the field of photovoltaic projects Ensuring and complying with all contractual conditions & deadlines Support in the creation, testing and processing of contracts, in particular project contracts, lease agreements and cooperation agreements Contact person for all contractual matters Collection and management of contract data Identification and assessment of risks in contracting Creation of reports and analyses Support in the development and optimization of internal processes and standards in contract management

Successfully completed commercial training, a degree in the field of business, law or a comparable qualification At least two years of experience in contract management, ideally in the field of renewable energy or photovoltaics Funded knowledge of contract law and contract design, experience in dealing with contract management systems Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Word, ideally experience with special contract management tools Enthusiasm for renewable energies and a strong interest in legal issues in the context of the photovoltaic industry High communication capability, analytical thinking ability, self-responsible and careful functioning, teamability and resilience Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge is advantageous
