Technical support: We provide support for the ProsozBau software as well as various GIS applications and databases (e.g. GeoShop, WebGIS, QGIS, PostGIS, ALKIS) for our association administrations and ensure a stable and secure operation. Disruption analysis and support: You analyze complex disturbances – especially at the interface between application and IT infrastructure – and solve them in 2nd level support, if necessary in cooperation with 3rd level support. System administration and operation: You take over the administration, configuration and further development of the associated systems and servers and ensure safe and performant operation by monitoring and server matching. Updates and further development: You evaluate updates, releases and patches, plan software updates and perform tests to continuously improve our applications. Integration and infrastructure: You ensure the integration of applications into the existing IT infrastructure – via Windows Terminal Server, Application Server and Web Server – and are closely associated with internal departments. Workflows and user management: You support user rights (including AD synchronization), maintain digital workflows and work on the central software distribution of clients. Documentation and knowledge transfer: You create documentation and instructions for action and work independently in new functions and modules.

Qualification: You have a degree of (economic) informatics or a completed training as a specialist (m/w/d) for system integration as well as several years of practical experience in complex IT infrastructures or bring comparable expertise and experience. IT expertise: You have several years of practical experience in the administration and operation of Windows, LINUX server and client environments, as well as knowledge of current LINUX and Microsoft client and server technologies in the network and server environment. Language skills: You have very good German knowledge (at least C1 level) in word and writing. Analytical competence: You analyze technical issues structured, identify relationships quickly and develop practical, sustainable solutions. Responsibility: You keep an overview of technical requirements and coordinate measures to ensure consistently high software availability and IT security as well as stable operation. Communication and customer orientation: You work service-oriented, communicate clearly with different contact persons and convince by team skills and strong customer orientation.
