Selection, auditing and qualification of subcontractors for FVK production. Accompanying the production processes and ensuring the budget, delivery dates and quality of the subcontractors. Development of solutions for technically demanding implementations in cooperation with design and subcontractors. Planning and implementation of improvement projects, “On the Job” trainings and documentation and production of work instructions.

Complete studies in shipbuilding or mechanical engineering as well as several years of professional experience in the production of components made of fiber-reinforced plastics. Shipyard-specific and versatile computer skills, especially in the CAD systems (NX and Rhino) and CAE tools. A holistic view of the production processes. Experience in the guidance of employees is assumed. Self-employed, flexible work, high awareness of detail, conceptual thinking as well as team and contact skills enable operations at home and abroad with the customer and with subcontractors. Very good knowledge of English in word and writing.
