Production Engineer

Architect of investment: plan and implement the plant's investment programme together with the management. From the first documentation to the final schedule – you hold the threads in your hand and ensure a structured project processing.

Impetus for efficiency: With your trained look, you will analyze our machine capacities together with the LEAN management. You identify potentials for improvements or replacement investments and thus pave the way for the most modern production processes.

Economic vision: You create sound investment dossiers and carry out precise profitability calculations. Keep budgets and dates in focus and ensure transparent reporting on the progress of the project.

Quality and Safety Ambassadors: You guarantee that all projects are in line with the strict GMP and ISO guidelines. At the same time, you are passionate about protecting health and the environment by actively accompanying and communicating HSE measures.

Networked work: As a central interface, you can maintain close exchange with internal specialist areas such as production, maintenance and storage as well as with our external partners and suppliers.

Qualification: You have completed your studies as a technical industrial engineer. Experience: You have at least three years of professional practice in a comparable role, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry. Expertise: You are safe in project management and in handling MS Project and AutoCAD. Languages: You have good knowledge of English Working methods: You work independently, solution-oriented and have a structured planning capability. Focus: teamwork and a pronounced service orientation towards internal customers are of course for you. Compliance: You are versed in handling GMP, ISO and HSE standards
