Head of Room Service Department Ensuring a smooth process in the department Creation of reports and analyses Service armoring Contribute to Budget and Forecast

multiannual professional experience in the upscale hotel industry and gastronomy, ideally in the area of room service Leadership experience in R&B outstanding expertise very good communication and team skills excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing Knowledge of the Opera and Micros programs are advantageous
