This is how you inspire us

• Graduated vocational training in the field of utilities, as a mechatronic (m/w/d) or adequate vocational training or training for the home technician (m/w/d)
• Adequate expertise in electrical, heating, sanitary and MSR technology
• Professional experience and practical knowledge of building management
• Basic expertise in the entire field of building technology, especially in the prevention of fire protection, is desirable
• Safe handling of MS Office, mobile computer systems and handling of CAFM systems desirable
• Very good German knowledge and foreign language skills desirable
• Pro-active operation
• Interest in building engineering matters
• Qualification as an electric power for defined activities (EffT)
• Additional qualifications in industrial plants are desirable

Your responsibility

• Operation of industrial plants (mainly, heating and sanitation technology, as well as technical facilities in the field of roof and specialist)
• Implementation and control of the work according to DIN 31051, here in particular operating, handling, positions, maintenance, inspection
• Support in the guidance, instruction, monitoring and coordination of foreign companies in maintenance and repair work
• Repairs at the above-mentioned plants
• Support of the object manager in the organization of the operation of the technical installations
• performing fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Exposed customer support
• Perform and maintain fault, testing, maintenance and inspection reports
• Ensuring the topicality of all revision documents

Your working hours

• From now on, unlimited
• Full time, 40 hours/week
• Monday to Friday, 5 days/week
