Process Manager - Energy Industry / Network Service (m/f/d)

You take over the operational procurement and processing of master and motion data and start precise forecasts for energy quantities on this basis. You analyse existing workflows in the Strom network service, identify optimization potentials and define new system requirements in coordination with IT. You plan and coordinate customer projects, act as a specialist contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth communication. You ensure the quality of services by controlling monitoring reports, and you will create understandable work instructions and process descriptions.

You have a degree (e.g. BWL, Economic Engineering) or a commercial training with relevant professional experience. You are passionate about the energy industry and enjoy analyzing and optimizing data-based processes. In dealing with the current MS Office applications, especially Excel, you are safe and routined. Your work is structured and solution-oriented and you bring a high degree of self-initiative to advance projects. You can communicate safely in German (C1 level) to exchange yourself with customers and in the team.
