International Category Manager (Strategischer Einkauf) / Referent Materialeinkauf (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the procurement measures within the responsible material goods group (digital local network stations) and conduct other procurement activities for special projects. You are involved in the E.ON-wide shopping network, participate in the development of product group strategies and implement them. You work with technical experts as part of procurement within the E.DIS as well as with cross-functional category teams of the E.ON Group to bundle group-wide purchases. You are our contact person and constructive Sparring partner for the stakeholders and coordinate the activities in the course of the shopping processes. You are responsible for contract design and control. In this context, you conduct contract or price negotiations with suppliers. The processing of complaints is your responsibility. You conduct independent analyses (e.g.: external market analyses, order value analyses) and thus support your optimal decision-making. You are responsible for the implementation and monitoring of all valid policies in the area of responsibility. In addition, you ensure compliance requirements throughout the procurement process. You support demand planning and demand analysis.

You can present a technical/university degree with a focus on business or engineering as well as extensive knowledge and many years of experience in the field of activity. You are used to work in matrix organizations and place yourself strongly within complex stakeholder structures. You are familiar with MS Office applications and ideally have SAP skills. Negotiating English skills are necessary for this position. You are mobile and open to travel activities in the E.ON Group. A driving licence of class B or 3 you can prove. You count team skills, self-initiative and enforcement skills to your strengths. The work on complex facts gives you pleasure and motivates you in addition.
