As a contractor representation and project management, you accompany the planning and execution of construction and maintenance measures of existing projects in the context of renovations and new buildings. Together with colleagues from the fields of civil engineering, electrical engineering and energy management, you will find the best and most economical solutions for the most diverse types of buildings and implement them with external planning offices and specialist companies. You are responsible for the operator for our supply systems in the urban buildings. Together with your 15-person team, you are actively working on the major challenges of the energy transition.

You have a degree in the field of supply technology with a focus on technical building equipment or a comparable study. Professional experience and relevant knowledge of HOAI performance phases 1 to 9. You will bring knowledge in the field of project management and project management (from planning to tendering procedures and construction implementation to billing according to VOB).
