We treat thoraxoncological patients both in standard care and in clinical trials. We are currently looking for reinforcement in the form of a project coordination in full or part-time. Function as a contact person for sponsors of AMG studies in the field of thoraxoncology Administrative preparation of studies including contract management, budget negotiations, gathering essential documents and preparation of initiations Planning, implementation and monitoring of clinical studies in accordance with the applicable guidelines and regulations (e.g. GCP, ICH) including ISF Care Coordination of a self-initiated study (IIT) with 30 participating centres (support by a CRO is available) Communication with Ethics Commissions and Authorities Coordination of study activities between different departments, examiners and external partners Creation and maintenance of study documents, SOPs and process descriptions Invoicing, Account Management and Budget Management They are scientifically active: according to § 110 (4), sentence 3, the BerlHG provides an appropriate time within the working time for its own scientific further qualification

Complete study in the field of natural sciences and relevant experience in project coordination Experience in conducting and coordinating clinical studies is beneficial Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and guidelines (GCP, ICH) are advantageous Excellent organizational skills and a high level of detail Teamability, communication strength and initiative Good English knowledge of word and writing
