You are part of a 16-person team in which the positioning systems for the entire SMT are developed across products. In the young team we appreciate the development of our employees and maintain a very pleasant team atmosphere. You take responsibility for the mechatronic system development of our high-precision special measuring machines from the first concept idea to the qualification and transfer of the machine

You design the mechatronic machine architecture and draw specifications, technical tolerance budgets and specifications for machine modules

You work here in close cooperation with internal and external interfaces

You are responsible for creating and coordinating concepts, designs and technical solutions in an interdisciplinary team for mechatronic design of machines and subsystems

You monitor and support external development partners in Germany and abroad. You carry your expertise in the review, documentation and release of progress in development

You analyze technical risks, take precautions and set priorities

very good university degree (ab Master) in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, aerospace technology or applied physics at least 3 years of industrial experience as a system engineer/development engineer in development projects, preferably in the field of automotive or machine tools System understanding in the application of sensor technology, actuators, and mechanical design in mechanical engineering environment Experience in the design of machine dynamics and control systems Ready to operate around 60% at the site English and German from B2 in Word and Writing JOBV1_EN
