Office hours & patient care: You are the first contact person and accompany our patients friendlyly through the speaking hour. Practice organization: You coordinate the operation of the surgical ambulance and manage appointments so that everything works smoothly. Assistance in treatments: You assist in investigations and treatments and prepare patients before and after – for example for diagnostic measures or operations. After appropriate incorporation, the doctor team will also support you directly with minor interventions. Documentation: You document patient data and conduct the digital patient files conscientiously with modern clinical IT systems. Administrative tasks: You support office and administrative tasks – from performance detection and billing to correspondence. You can also keep an overview at hectic moments. Participation in improvements: Your ideas are welcome! You actively help to optimize workflows and advance digitization projects in our clinic.

Qualification: Successfully completed training as a medical specialist (MFA)(m/w/d) or comparable qualification. Empathie & Communications: You have a pronounced sensitivity in dealing with patients and communicate friendly and service-oriented. Team spirit & loadability: You are team-ready, reliable and also keep an overview in stressful situations. Digital affinity: Interest in modern technical developments and digital work processes – You are open to innovations and you like to learn about it. Structured mode of operation: You work independently, organized and carefully. Continuous training: willingness to continue and further training, to remain up-to-date in a professional manner.
