You create attractive job advertisements and find the right talents – whether through Active Sourcing, career networks, job markets or recruiting events.

You control the entire application process via our Softgarden tool, coordinate interviews and advise managers in selecting the best talents.

They provide a positive candidate journey – from initial contact to onboarding. With creative ideas you strengthen our employer brand and inspire talents for us.

They build our talent pool strategically, develop concepts for skills and competence management and accompany specialists and managers on their development path.

Your profile - this brings you: A bachelor's degree in the field of BWL Personal Management, Business Psychology or a comparable commercial training form the basis for your qualification. With several years of experience in recruiting and direct language (Active Sourcing) about business networks, you have specialized in targeted talent acquisition. Your enthusiasm for current recruiting trends and your creative approach help you actively shape employer branding and talent acquisition in the team. They understand the potentials and motivations of applicants and combine these skills with inspiring communication along the entire Candidate Journey. They always keep an overview, work structured and act confidently in cooperation with executives and our social partners. First experiences in building talent pools or developing concepts for personnel development ideally complement your profile.
