You are responsible for the safe operation of the technical application for the dynamic safety bill and thus make a decisive contribution to the safety, efficiency and reliability of the network operation. You act as a central contact person for IT topics in an interdisciplinary team and control external service providers, such as software providers. In this function, organize dates, plan budgets and resources, create contracts in cooperation with other departments and ensure compliance with agreed service levels. You take over the administration of the specialist application and use platform services provided for this purpose, supervise the test automation and control the change and release management. You always perform your tasks in compliance with compliance and IT security requirements, in particular according to ISO 27001. With your commitment, you ensure consistent compliance with the highest safety standards that are regularly reviewed by audits. You have a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with IT focus, comparable training or corresponding professional experience. For this, you have several years of experience in IT service management with practice in the application of the ITIL framework, in particular incident and change processes.
