Total responsibility for commercial management and distribution of energy projects across the entire transaction process Leadership and further development of a specialized commercial team (technical and disciplinary) Control of complex sales processes incl. Structure, negotiation and completion of project transactions Development and modelling of economic scenarios and creation of financial and assessment models Analysis of market and competition developments and derivation of strategic recommendations Building and maintenance of an international investor network Close cooperation with management and international stakeholders to develop processes and strategies Accompanying projects in the late development phase up to successful sales or for commissioning Participation in tendering and development of competitive tendering strategies

Completed studies with an economic or comparable focus Found experience in the commercial environment, ideally in the field of renewable energies or infrastructure Experience in the distribution of complex large projects Understanding transaction processes and financing structures Proven leadership experience and strong strategic and analytical skills Very good understanding of the energy market and regulatory framework Safe handling of relevant tools for financial modeling and analysis Structured, independent operation with high result orientation German and English skills
