What do you expect? You are the first contact person for our commercial real estate customers and construction companies and advises them holistically – personally and digitally. With your expertise, you understand the concerns of our real estate customers and develop tailor-made financial solutions for their financing and investment projects as well as for their liquidity and risk management. You work closely with our internal and external specialists to provide the optimal solution for our customers. Ideally, you feel comfortable in consortial structures. With your expert knowledge, you analyze economic conditions and meet credit decisions in the context of your own and community competence responsibly or obtain them from the competence holder. Satisfied and loyal customer relationships you build up/out and can convince new customers with your know-how. You represent the Bremische Volksbank Weser-Wümme in regional networks and build personal contact with multipliers.

What are you doing? A completed training in banking, supplemented by a bank-based training, an economics study or a comparable qualification, are yours. You bring several years of experience in consulting and selling financial products, in particular in the support of contract financing and commercial project/investment financing. You have a convincing appearance, negotiation skills and joy in building sustainable customer relationships, network strength and regional market knowledge.
