In this way, you set the foundation for sound decisions and, together with colleagues from logistics and other business units, tax the progress at location level You prepare communication documents and guidelines for our global dealer network – with the aim of communicating complex content in a comprehensible and motivating manner You can work with the budget planning for compensation measures and learn how financial management specifically supports sustainability You will get space to test new tools and evaluate their practical skills in the retail environment – an environment that combines creative ideas and technical curiosity Sustainability and reporting are dynamic topics – you work with us in an environment that is agile, forward-looking and interdisciplinary. You are studying an economic science course such as BWL, VWL, Business Informatics, with a focus on sustainability/change Management You have certain knowledge of German and English in word and writing You are safe in handling MS-Office You want to make your mandatory internship of at least 6 months with us Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
