Analysis and processing of performance data to identify potential for improvement and support data-driven decisions Development and maintenance of interactive dashboards as well as reports for the visualization of KPIs and providing valuable insights for performance processing

Close cooperation with stakeholders to define requirements and identify processes that can be optimized

Implementation of data quality standards and regular review of data integrity to ensure accurate analysis

Participation in the introduction of innovative tools and methods to improve data analysis and optimize processes

German knowledge at least on B2 level as well as knowledge in business and insurance requirements to abstract them for technical solutions, taking into account cost-benefit analyses Object and solution-oriented discussion and neutral moderation to effectively consider and mediate interests Experience gained in the application of classic and agile project management methods, in particular by Scrum and Kanban Safe handling of common tools of an agile project environment such as Atlassian and MS Teams Technical understanding and advanced knowledge in CRM tools
