In order to enrich our team “offerings to schools, help to educate schools” in Cologne Porz, we are looking for you as a pedagogical specialist / social education (m/w/d) 30 hours/week ~ unlimited ~ Cologne (Porz) In the team you will attend about 15 youngsters of upper secondary level 1. You know the concerns and the lives of your young people and are therefore the perfect companion: You support them in their personality development and in the development of your own perspectives for the school and professional career. You work closely with the teachers and regularly exchange with parents and other institutions, such as youth offices, internships and professional advisers. Through these cooperations, you will support the young people in the individual promotion and career orientation. You encounter difficult situations with patience and a sensitive, solution-oriented approach. You bring your professional know-how, creativity and enthusiasm into team meetings and accompany the continuation of our help planning. You already have your Bachelor of Arts in Social Work in your pocket OR you can present a comparable degree (see below). Whether professional or professional startersin: You bring (first) practical experience in the social-space-oriented youth and social-pedagogical family support. In the individual promotion of adolescents you know what it is and have the appropriate knowledge. You are creative and bring your skills and interests to work with young people. On changes and unexpected events in the working day you travel openly and quickly. You prioritize, plan and decide independently in your area of responsibility. You like to interact with other people.
