You will take care of the individual telephone and written support and advice of our camper customers, including post-booking and cancellation as well as complaint and damage cases You transfer between our customers and our internationally active partners (providers and insurers) You actively support us in developing internal processes as well as quality assurance and always argue from the perspective of our customers You have our customers at any time and allow them the best camper experience
