Our Compliance & Information Security department is part of the Finance & Risk Management Board and is responsible for compliance, outsourcing management, money laundering and information security and data protection. Our team is responsible for money laundering and fraud prevention within Mercedes-Benz Bank AG and consists of highly motivated and friendly colleagues who are looking forward to your support. The following tasks await you: Analysis, interpretation and assessment of legal and regulatory requirements Detection of specific needs for action for departments and organisations Translation of legal requirements in practical process and policy adjustments Technical specification of requirements in the context of money laundering prevention, terrorist financing (TF) and other criminal acts (ssH) Analysis, Design and Continuous Development of Professional Processes in Money Laundering and Financial Crime Environment Creation, maintenance and updating of internal work instructions, guidelines and process descriptions Creation of target group-oriented training documents on money laundering processes, regulatory requirements and internal requirements Training (e.g. presence, online, workshops) for specialist areas and relevant interfaces Technical support for internal stakeholders in matters relating to processes, requirements and regulatory requirements Participation in audits by audit, auditors and supervisory authorities

Your professional qualifications: Complete studies of economics, law or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in money laundering prevention, terrorist financing or financial crime Very good knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. GwG, MaRisk, EU-AML package) Experience in the technical requirement specification and process design Experience in the creation of work instructions, guidelines and training documents Knowledge of test support and technical acceptance of changes of advantage Your personal skills: Analytical and conceptual thinking High communication and presentation skills Independent, structured and careful operation Teamability and strong service orientation Sovereign appearance against internal and external contact persons Responsibility in a regulatory environment Additional information: It is an indefinite body.
