You control and answer the entire recruiting process from job alert to recruitment of personnel You advise and support managers and employees in professional and personal matters, in particular in the field of TV-L You examine the personal legal framework of employment relationships, e.g. time limits, funding opportunities and legal requirements for settings You take over the preparation and implementation of groupings by TV-L for the posts to be written You are actively working on the further development and digitization of the recruiting process

You have completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration or Law, respectively. on a comparable qualification You will be happy to deal with legal questions and have been able to gain first experience in public service tariff law You work structured as well as carefully and have the pleasure to examine complex issues and to prepare them in a comprehensible manner You are strong in communication and have a high level of team capability and service orientation Joy of digitalization projects as well as the safe handling of modern means of communication (such as online tools, internet applications, etc.) complete your profile
